1. Introduction
By accessing alstechnicalsolutions.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. ALS Technical Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Unit 9, 92 Town Centre, Hatfield, UK, AL10 0JW.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malware, scrape content, or use the site in any way that is harmful or fraudulent.
3. Our services
All consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. We operate as a vendor-agnostic consultancy — our recommendations are based solely on your needs, not vendor relationships.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, granting necessary access, and maintaining appropriate backups before any changes are implemented.
4. Intellectual property
All website content is the property of ALS Technical Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.
Intellectual property in project deliverables is assigned to the client upon full payment of all fees.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
6. Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for loss of profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
